Job Title: Principal Contract Administrator

Location: Baltimore, Maryland

Experience: Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience or Master's degree/JD and 4 years of experience in Contracts, Subcontracts, Business Management, or related field.

Responsibilities:

- Administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate contracts
- Provide advice on proposal strategy, contract formation, and customer relationships
- Review and analyze customer RFPs
- Ensure company proposals are responsive to customer requirements
- Manage fact-finding, evaluation notices, and negotiations with customers
- Build knowledge of federal government contracting regulations
- Manage contractual data requirements and other reports
- Advise management on contractual rights and obligations
- Compile and analyze data
- Maintain historical information through closeout process

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience or Master's degree/JD and 4 years of experience in Contracts, Subcontracts, Business Management, or related field
- Ability to provide advice on contractual and business-related matters
- Strong working knowledge of federal government contracting regulations
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10%
- US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

- Recent experience as a Contracts Professional in the defense industry
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other PC programs and software
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
