Job Overview:

The Personal Injury Attorney will assist with the partners' cases, including brief writing, discovery, motions/hearings, and developing/maintaining their caseload. They should be highly motivated to learn railroad litigation and personal injury practice, eventually creating new business opportunities.

Duties:

• Assist with partners' cases, including brief writing, discovery, and motions/hearings.
• Develop and maintain a personal caseload.
• Learn and apply knowledge of railroad litigation and personal injury practice.
• Develop new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of prior experience as an attorney or a judicial clerkship.
• Good writing skills demonstrated through previous work.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar (or ability to gain admission promptly).

Skills:
