- Admission to the Washington state bar is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

- Handle insurance defense litigation cases, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and attending court hearings.
- Assist with pretrial filings in various areas of law, including complex litigation, construction, mass torts, personal injury claims, and products liability.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and provide legal advice.
- Conduct depositions, witness interviews, and other fact-finding activities.
- Prepare and review legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and briefs.
- Stay updated on changes in insurance laws and regulations.
- Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of three years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Familiarity with pretrial filings in complex litigation, construction, mass torts, personal injury claims, and products liability.
- Strong academic credentials, including a law degree from an accredited law school.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Admission to the Washington state bar.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
