Duties:

• Work in the ERISA and Executive Compensation practice in the Business Law Department.
• Manage components of transactions independently.
• Represent public and private companies on tax and securities law issues related to equity-based arrangements.
• Handle other types of incentive compensation plans.
• Provide legal counsel on ERISA, employee benefits, or general employment law matters.

Requirements:

• Mid-level associate with 4+ years of experience.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Comparable law firm experience.
• Relevant admission to the Bar is preferred.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree.

Skills:

• General experience in team collaboration.
• Transaction management skills.
