Overview:
Fisher Phillips, a leading law firm in Phoenix, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate to join our team. Our firm specializes in labor and employment law and we are looking for a candidate with strong litigation experience and a passion for this field of law. The ideal candidate will have experience with employment claims, restrictive covenant disputes, bonus and pay plans, employee handbooks, arbitration agreements, and employment policies.

Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of employment litigation matters, including employment claims and restrictive covenant disputes
- Provide counseling support for HR clients
- Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and arbitration agreements
- Manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in employment litigation, preferably with a focus on labor and employment law
- Admission to the Arizona Bar
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
