The Law Firm of Holland & Hart is seeking an experienced Government Investigations / White Collar Defense Associate to join their vibrant national practice. Based in Denver, this position offers an opportunity to work with a preeminent practice representing companies and their officers and directors in internal and government investigations at the federal and state levels, as well as related litigation.

Position Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in government investigations/white collar defense
- Passionate about defending individuals and companies in government and internal investigations
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience as a federal judicial law clerk, in private practice, and as an Assistant US Attorney strongly preferred

Compensation and Expectations:
- Merit-based compensation with a good faith salary range of $202,500 - $250,000 (if based in Colorado) as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act
- Generous bonus program and eligibility for fee splits
- Expected to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work, and at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Opportunities for educational assistance, continuing legal education programs, and volunteer opportunities through the Holland & Hart Foundation
