The Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified Education Attorney to join our growing and dynamic state-wide practice. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for representing public agencies in all aspects of education law, including litigation, transactional work, governance, construction, real estate, special education, employment, and CEQA. Job Title: Education Attorney

Experience Information:
- Minimum of 2 years of legal practice experience required
- Preferably some experience in education law or related field

Location:
- Openings in Pleasanton, Los Angeles, and San Diego offices
- In-office and hybrid positions available

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation and advice to public agencies in education law matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents for litigation, transactional work, and other matters
- Collaborate with team members and clients to develop effective legal strategies
- Attend meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients
- Stay up-to-date on changes in education laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in education law or related field preferred
