COSTNER LAW is seeking a highly skilled, motivated North Carolina Licensed Closing Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of closing ceremonies and the closing process for North Carolina.

Responsibilities

· Prepare closing documents for real estate transactions
· Ensure documents are accurate and in compliance with applicable laws
· Conduct closing ceremonies
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of applicable real estate laws and regulations
· Advise clients on real estate related matters
· Assist in the preparation of legal documents
· Answer questions from clients regarding real estate transactions
· Ensure all documents are properly filed and recorded
· Prepare closing statements


Requirements

· North Carolina license required, South Carolina license preferred
· Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
· Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail


Compensation

Compensation for this role will be based on experience.


North Carolina Licensed Closing Attorney

COSTNER LAW is looking for an experienced North Carolina Licensed Closing Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing closing ceremonies and the closing process for North Carolina.

The position will require the candidate to work at our corporate office in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will possess a North Carolina license, with a South Carolina license being preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare closing documents for real estate transactions
· Ensure documents are accurate and in compliance with applicable laws
· Conduct closing ceremonies
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of applicable real estate laws and regulations
· Advise clients on real estate related matters
· Assist in the preparation of legal documents
