## Patent Attorney

Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a highly qualified Patent Attorney to join its Intellectual Property team in Roseland, NJ, Centerville, UT, or Palo Alto, CA locations. The ideal candidate should have two to five years of experience as a Patent Attorney and a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

### Qualifications

* Two to five years of experience as a Patent Attorney (additional experience as a Patent Agent is a plus)
* Significant experience preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for software including operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization and cloud computing
* Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with work experience as a software developer
* Excellent academic credentials
* Registered to practice before the USPTO

### Salary

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
