# Government Contracts Litigation Associate – NVA ## Job Summary Williams Mullen is seeking an experienced mid-level associate to join our Government Contracts Practice Group in our Tysons, VA office. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and ambitious attorney who seeks a positive career trajectory and the chance to work with industry-leading partners. We offer the ability to own a case from beginning to end while also getting to work on multiple other cases and deadlines. ## Job Responsibilities * Drafting, negotiating, and evaluating contracts * Preparing and evaluating claims * Handling bid and size protests * Resolving subcontractor disputes * Responding to client inquiries * Litigation and alternative dispute resolution * Small business compliance * False claims act litigation ## Job Requirements * 2-5 years’ experience in government contract law * Excellent writing and analytical skills * Ambition to excel and enjoy working in a small-office environment * Drive and energy to take initiative to advance projects and pay attention to details * Virginia Bar license (or the ability to waive into VA) ## Salary and Benefits Salary is commensurate with experience.
