## Job Summary
Williams Mullen is seeking an experienced mid-level associate to join our Government Contracts Practice Group in our Tysons, VA office. We offer the ability to own a case from beginning to end while also getting to work on multiple other cases and deadlines.

## Job Responsibilities
* Drafting, negotiating, and evaluating contracts
* Preparing and evaluating claims
* Handling bid and size protests
* Resolving subcontractor disputes
* Responding to client inquiries
* Litigation and alternative dispute resolution
* Small business compliance
* False claims act litigation

## Job Requirements
* 2-5 years’ experience in government contract law
* Excellent writing and analytical skills
* Ambition to excel and enjoy working in a small-office environment
* Drive and energy to take initiative to advance projects and pay attention to details
* Virginia Bar license (or the ability to waive into VA)
