- Independently manage a caseload of local and national accounts throughout California
- Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
- Review and analyze discovery requests and respond to discovery responses and pleadings
- Prepare court filings and service to counsel, including experience with e-filing
- Assist with trial preparation and support
- Maintain accurate time records

Requirements:
