Job Overview:

The Senior Patent Agent will be responsible for providing comprehensive patent prosecution support, conducting patent searches, drafting patent applications, and assisting with patent portfolio management. Duties:

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree or advanced degree in computer or software engineering, or computer sciences.

Certifications:

  • Patent Agent registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in conducting patent searches and analysis.
  • Excellent drafting skills for patent applications and responses to office actions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
