We are looking for someone who is passionate about social security and disability law and has a strong commitment to advocating for marginalized populations. The ideal candidate will have experience in SSI/SSDIB matters and be able to represent clients throughout New Jersey in front of the Social Security Office of Hearings and Appeals, the Appeals Council, and federal court. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent low-income clients in SSI/SSDIB matters throughout New Jersey
- Advocate for clients in front of the Social Security Office of Hearings and Appeals, the Appeals Council, and federal court
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on changes in social security and disability law

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree and admission to the bar in at least one state
- Experience in SSI/SSDIB matters is preferred, but recent graduates with a strong interest in social security/disability law will also be considered
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Commitment to advocating for marginalized populations
