This position offers the opportunity to assist clients with their tax obligations in a constantly changing tax landscape, providing strategic consulting related to business analysis, indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions. As a member of this team, you will help clients gain access to capital markets, enhance the process for taking their Complex Partnership Solutions public, and provide financial reporting, capital market analysis, internal controls, taxation, and advisory services.

Responsibilities for this role include contributing technical knowledge in the area of partnership structures and related transactions, consulting and modeling for pre- and post-IPOs, M&A and equity transactions, marketing and business development efforts, and managing the process for tax returns. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for reviewing and reconciling information related to partnership allocations, managing cross-border and diverse teams, and upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

The successful candidate will have proven experience and knowledge of partnership structures and transactions, specifically in interpreting and applying relevant sections of the US Tax Code and associated regulations. They will also have experience with specialized tax consulting and compliance, preparing tax forms and K-1s, and leading teams to generate a vision and establish direction.
