A law firm in Cincinnati is currently seeking a motivated Litigation Family Law Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to proactively manage family law cases. The ideal candidate will provide superior customer service, make improvement recommendations, and ensure efficient case management from beginning to end.

Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from initiation to resolution
• Provide superior customer service with monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers for enhanced efficiency
• Utilize practice quality software to manage performance metrics and track client satisfaction
• Serve as the 1st chair in family law cases
• Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
• 1-3 years of litigation experience
• 1st chair family law experience
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio
• Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software
