Litigation Associate
The candidate should preferably have a Juris Doctorate (.) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school and 3+ years of litigation experience, including drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation. Alaska State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity is highly preferred. Must have experience in general business litigation or complex commercial litigation. Should have excellent academic credentials and professional references, as well as solid legal research, writing, and communication skills. Should have demonstrated ownership of projects and willingness to work hard in a team-oriented setting, but with significant independence. Strong client service ethics is needed.
