Associate Contracts Manager - Negotiate and review legal terms of commercial contracts for various Amazon teams.

Salary Information:
- Base pay ranges from $47,500/year to $112,000/year, depending on geographic market and job-related factors.
- Additional compensation may be provided in the form of equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits as part of a total compensation package.

Job Title:

Experience:
- 2+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm, government agency, or in-house legal department.
- Previous in-house legal experience and experience related to technology companies is a plus.

Location:
- Various locations across the US, including Arlington, VA; Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; and Seattle, WA.

- Negotiate, draft, and review legal terms of commercial contracts for assigned Amazon teams.
- Participate in team meetings, departmental goals, and collaborative projects.
- Communicate effectively with business leadership.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience.
- Experience working with MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to measure results.
- Ability to create new procedures and workflows.
- Organized self-starter with a focus on excellence and entrepreneurship.
