Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of higher exposure cases and complex litigation matters.
- Litigate cases to verdict, demonstrating strong trial skills.
- Specialize in one or more areas of practice.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide quality reporting to clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships, both internally and externally.
- Provide leadership through mentoring and training.
- Travel as needed to meet business needs.
- Adhere to best practices and utilize technology and automation effectively.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Active license in good standing to practice law in the state(s) required.
- 7+ years of litigation practice or prior legal experience.
- Proven track record of favorable case results and strong trial skills.
- Demonstrates strong legal acumen and technical knowledge.
- Commitment to professional development and customer service.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
