Your Role:

Job Summary:
The Junior Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on day-to-day operational questions and commercial terms, managing in-house legal projects, and communicating and negotiating with external parties. This role also involves interpreting and enforcing corporate policies, staying updated on legislative changes, and handling cross-functional legal matters.

Qualifications:

- Experience negotiating, drafting, and interpreting commercial agreements
- Understanding of how legal terms translate to business impact
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize between them
- Ability to work comfortably in an intense, fast-paced international environment
- Thoroughly enjoys technology and doing business
- Ability to communicate and present issues and matters to all levels of an organization
- Enjoys building relationships, having fun with co-workers, and charming business partners
- Experience in tech or the gaming industry and/or online marketing is an advantage
- Excellent command of the English language is essential
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish would be considered an asset

Working Conditions:
- 100% remote position
- Must be available during regular business hours and be willing to work on evenings and weekends on occasion
- Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection and a working cellular telephone
- Must be able to perform indoor work with minimum noise levels
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to read and follow written and oral instructions
- Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information effectively
