Job Details:

• Proactively manage family law cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining high-quality legal representation.
• Provide superior customer service by maintaining regular communication with clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers for optimizing case management processes and enhancing overall client satisfaction.
• Utilize practice quality software to manage performance metrics, track accomplishments, and evaluate client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations in all aspects of family law litigation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Successful passage of the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience with a focus on family law.
• Demonstrated experience as 1st chair in family law cases.
• Valid license to practice law in the state of Nebraska.
