A law firm in Baltimore is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of litigation experience, specializing in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, ensuring timely and high-quality work products, and effectively communicating with clients, legal professionals, and third parties.

Job Details:

• Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Demonstrate strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills, both independently and as part of a team.
• Possess transferable skills and a robust academic background from nationally recognized schools.
• Exhibit strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly and efficiently.
• Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality work products.
• Successfully meet deadlines, exceed expectations, and perform work duties as required.
• Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in drafting litigation documents.
• Specialization in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.
• Proven experience with motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.
• State and federal court experience is a plus.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing membership in the State Bar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
