Job Description:

As a midlevel litigation associate, you will have the opportunity to work on complex business litigation matters, representing a wide range of businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in this area, with a preference for a judicial clerkship and at least two years of experience at a law firm.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in federal and state court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution venues
- Manage large and sophisticated litigation matters
- Work closely with experienced and collaborative practitioners on a local and national level

Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate degree with excellent academic credentials
- Three to five years of experience in complex business litigation, with a preference for a judicial clerkship
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Experience managing large and sophisticated litigation matters
