Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in federal and state court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution venues

- Work closely with experienced and collaborative practitioners on a local and national level

Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate degree with excellent academic credentials
- Three to five years of experience in complex business litigation, with a preference for a judicial clerkship
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Experience managing large and sophisticated litigation matters
