We are currently seeking a highly capable and motivated Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. Salary Information: We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $235,000 annually, dependent on experience and billing rates. Location: This position is based in our office in Irvine, CA. We offer a hybrid work schedule for local candidates and may consider remote work for candidates residing outside of Southern California. Responsibilities: - Drafting highly customized foundational estate planning documents - Meeting with and advising clients on proper design and structure of revocable living trusts - Researching estate planning and tax issues - Evaluating and coordinating/update template documents, letters, and procedures Requirements: - . from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of the California Bar - 5-15 years of estate planning experience - Strong drafting skills and attention to detail - Strong knowledge of estate and gift tax - LLM or strong background in tax law preferred - Broad knowledge of corporate matters affecting closely held companies helpful - Interpersonal skills and ability to interact comfortably with clients and management - Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment and respond to client demands - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Commitment to professionalism and flexibility in assigned projects Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds - Frequent standing and walking - Sitting for up to four hours at a time - Bending and stooping as needed Benefits: - 8 medical plan options with employer-funded HSA - Dental and vision plans - 401(k) plan with significant employer matching - Great working environment - Orange County Register 2023 Top Workplace How to Apply: Qualified applicants should submit a resume and cover letter and may be asked to provide 3 professional references.
