Responsibilities of a Litigation Associate Attorney:

• Manage a caseload independently, from beginning to end
• Collaborate with other attorneys and partners on legal projects
• Appear in court and conduct depositions regularly
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports

Qualifications for a Litigation Associate Attorney:

• JD from an accredited law school
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Admitted in CO and currently practicing; admission in WY and/or UT a plus
• Experience in insurance coverage is a plus
• Excellent communication, writing, and research skills
• Legal project management experience is helpful
