TouchTunes is currently seeking a Director & Corporate Counsel to join our dynamic legal department. In this role, you will work directly with our General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel, as well as partner with other teams in the company, to provide strategic legal advice and support for various projects. With our recent acquisition and upcoming product launch, it's an exciting time to join our team and make a direct impact on our success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and negotiate various commercial and intellectual property agreements
- Develop templates for products and services, including for our new darts business
- Create new tools and processes to enhance legal support for business partners
- Conduct training programs on contracts and legal topics
- Support M&A and financing transactions
- Provide leadership and guidance for business team projects
- Contribute as a legal advisor and risk manager for the company

Qualifications:

- . from a top law school and bar admission in good standing (preferably in Illinois)
- 3-6 years of experience in contract work at a major law firm, with previous in-house experience a plus
- Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating agreements
- Knowledge of intellectual property, data management, and cybersecurity preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong legal analytical skills and ability to find solutions that balance risk and business goals
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Desire to learn and grow with a team of innovators and strategic thinkers
