H1: Mid-Level Associate Attorney - Public Finance - Denver, CO H2: Join Greenberg Traurig as a Public Finance Associate Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified and experienced associate attorney to join our Denver office. This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote work option, providing a flexible and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: - Draft transaction documents for public finance matters, including trust indenture resolutions, loan agreements, and closing certificates. - Conduct due diligence reviews and assist with the preparation of securities disclosure offering documents. - Work on a variety of public finance matters involving state and local governmental entities and nonprofits, such as municipal bonds, tax exempt or taxable commercial loans, and public private partnerships. - Collaborate with a team of attorneys to provide exceptional legal services to clients. Qualifications: - 3-7 years of experience in public finance and/or real estate finance. - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. - Admission to the Colorado bar or eligible to waive in with UBE score. - Strong academic credentials. - Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills. Salary Information: - Expected annualized base salary range: $190,000 - $240,000 (based on experience and other job-related factors). - Additional benefits for full-time employees: discretionary bonus, health insurance (with optional HSA), disability insurance, dental and vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation and sick time, and more.
