As a Private Banker, you will be responsible for advising families on building, preserving, and managing their wealth. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in investments, financial planning, credit, and banking to provide comprehensive advice to clients and acquire new assets. You will have the support of internal specialists and access to resources to help your clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing targeted advice
- Generate business results and acquire new assets through existing and new client relationships
- Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, and credit and banking needs
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients
- Connect clients with other lines of business within . Morgan Chase & Co.
- Ensure solutions align with clients' short, medium, and long-term goals through a holistic planning approach
- Adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures

Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
- Bachelor's degree required
- Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Established network and strong community presence
- Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking
- Client-focused with a dedication to providing exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
- Proactive and critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Dynamic and credible professional with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organized and disciplined approach to business
- In-depth knowledge of equity, fixed income, and alternative investments such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate
