The candidate will be involved with a wide variety of work, including patent preparation and prosecution, portfolio management, strategic analysis, client counseling, opinion work, due diligence, agreements, and patent office and federal court litigation and appeals. Relevant industry experience is required. Prior experience in patent prosecution is preferred. Proficiency in Japanese is preferred.
