# Tax Partner - Private Client Services (PCS)

EisnerAmper is looking for experienced Tax Partners for their Private Client Services (PCS) team. This is a full-time role with opportunities to work with existing long-standing clients in a compliance/consulting role, engage in thought leadership initiatives and technology initiatives, and develop and mentor staff.

## What Work You Will be Responsible For

As a Tax Partner, you will be responsible for:

* Performing partner-level compliance review and tax return signoff
* Consulting clients on planning opportunities and changes in tax law
* Working on proposals and developing new business
* Meeting prospective clients and developing relationships with new and existing clients
* Expanding services to existing clients
* Supervising engagements and special projects
* Overseeing all aspects of the client engagement
* Supervising, training, and evaluating advanced staff
* Coaching, mentoring, and assisting staff to develop and grow the tax function
* Maintaining technical knowledge of new tax issues and general business trends

## Basic Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field
* CPA or JD
* 15+ years of progressive tax experience
* 2+ years as a Partner or Director at a public accounting firm
* 10+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring, and counseling associates
* Experience working with high net-worth individual, family office clients, and closely-held businesses
* Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field
* Experience acquiring new clients and growing a book of business

## Salary Range

For NYC, the expected salary range for this position is between $250, and $450,. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
