Law Firm is seeking an Entry Level Criminal Defense Attorney to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dedicated attorney to gain valuable experience and grow within our established firm. Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on their legal rights and draw up legal documents for their case
- Attend pretrial hearings and advise clients on best strategies
- Manage court appearances, trials, drafting motions, and legal research
- Analyze potential outcomes using knowledge of legal precedents
- Manage workload and provide legal analysis for clients
- Gather additional evidence to support cases or challenge prosecution charges
- Prepare clients for depositions and gather information from witnesses and experts

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate degree and active bar admission (law graduates awaiting admission will also be considered)
- Demonstrated interest in Criminal Defense law through law school clinics, volunteer work, or internships
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with fellow associates
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage a caseload
- Experience with Case Management Software preferred

Pay Range: $80,000-$90,000 (pay can be exceeded based on experience)
