JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Management, Financial Products and Regulatory Attorney to join our Legal Department in New York, NY. In this role, you will be a valuable member of our team, providing critical analysis and insight on wealth management-specific regulatory issues and supporting the development and distribution of investment products.

As a Wealth Management, Financial Products and Regulatory Attorney, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues on the US Wealth Management and Product Legal teams, as well as Compliance, Risk and Controls functions, to ensure comprehensive and effective support for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to work on special projects and provide strategic guidance to business partners and other legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary legal contact for guidance related to financial products, including investment advisory programs and brokerage products and their distribution.
- Interpret laws and regulations and advise on changes related to wealth management.
- Provide ongoing strategic advice and guidance to business partners and other legal teams.
- Work on special projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in legal practice with a focus on financial services.
- Knowledge of federal and state securities laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple issues and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must successfully complete a conflicts of interest clearance review prior to employment.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state/jurisdiction where the position is based.
