Holland & Hart, a leading law firm with offices in Colorado, Utah, Idaho, and Nevada, is seeking a mid to senior-level associate with 5+ years of experience in securities and capital markets, governance, and general corporate work. The ideal candidate will also have M&A experience and be able to work in a team-oriented environment.

Position Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in securities and capital markets, governance, and general corporate work
- M&A experience is a plus
- Team-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent professional recommendations
- Ability to work on matters across the corporate practice

Responsibilities:
- Represent issuers in SEC compliance and capital markets transactions
- Handle debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation
- Work in teams to handle various corporate matters
- Participate in 1800 billable hours, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work, and 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Contribute to the life of the firm through various committees and activities

Compensation and Benefits:
- Merit-based compensation with a salary range of $205,000 - $305,000 (based in Colorado)
- Eligible for bonuses and fee splits
- Expected to invest 1800 hours on billable matters
- Eligible for various benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, EAP, STD, LTD, and voluntary income protection benefits
- Full-time employees eligible for benefits on date of hire
- Part-time employees may have access to some benefits on a pro-rated basis
