Duties:

  • Drafting policies and procedures for information governance programs.
  • Preparing and vetting retention schedules and supporting program implementation.

  • Conducting IG maturity assessments, developing assessment tools, and formulating risk mitigation strategies.
  • Performing horizon scanning and preparing updates on legislative, regulatory, and enforcement activities affecting clients' data management practices.
  • Coordinating global and domestic regulatory assessments, overseeing international counsel, summarizing findings, and developing heat maps.
  • Reviewing and revising data flows, sales FAQs, and marketing collateral for technology solutions.
  • Customizing and presenting IG training for various business audiences.
  • Effectively communicating, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Producing deliverables, answering phone calls, and replying to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner.
  • Providing timely, accurate, and quality work products.
  • Successfully meeting deadlines and expectations and performing work duties as required.
