As an Employment Law Attorney at Abramson Labor Group, you will be responsible for managing a docket of Pre-Litigation cases. You will report directly to an assigned Partner and will be supported by a team of paralegals. Collaboration with Pre-Litigation staff is essential to ensure a high standard of excellence when serving our clients. You should also be comfortable providing guidance to non-attorneys as needed and be a positive leader in the workplace.

We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of employment litigation experience, excellent writing and verbal communication skills, and strong organizational skills. You must also be in good standing with the California State Bar.
