The successful candidate will primarily support the AWS Professional Services team, which helps customers achieve their desired business outcomes using the AWS Cloud. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of contracts management or paralegal experience to join one of the world's most dynamic and recognized brands.

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, developing strategies for handling legal issues, and building processes to address risk and allow the ProServe business to move quickly. They will also participate in team meetings, departmental goals, and collaborative projects, and have access to business leadership.

The salary for this position ranges from $60,800/year to $146,300/year, depending on the market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and negotiate contracts for AWS Professional Services team
- Develop strategies for handling legal issues in a business-centric manner
- Build processes to address risk and allow for flexibility and quick movement within the ProServe business
- Participate in team meetings and departmental goals
- Collaborate on projects with team members and have access to business leadership
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks of varying complexity
- Demonstrate judgment in ambiguous situations
- Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and enjoy being challenged in a fun, team-oriented environment
