The Law Firm is currently seeking s for their Student Intern program. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the field of elder law and pension issues. As a Student Intern, you will work closely with our experienced attorneys and assist them in providing services related to various pension issues. Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting attorneys in research and analysis of pension laws and regulations
- Participating in client meetings and consultations
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Conducting legal research and writing memos
- Attending court hearings and trials
- Assisting in case management and preparation
- Collaborating with legal team on various projects and assignments

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school
- Strong interest in elder law and pension issues
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
- Prior legal experience or coursework in elder law and/or pension issues is a plus
