Salary: $100,000 - $375,000 per year (depending on experience and location)
Experience: 2-4 years in patent prosecution
Education: . and degree in chemical engineering or chemistry
Licensing: Admitted to practice in state of employment and registered with USPTO

Job Description:

- Develop and implement patent strategies for clients
- Draft patent applications and provide counseling on patent prosecution
- Conduct freedom to operate opinions and due diligence
- Work with clients in a variety of industries, including chemical engineering and chemistry
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution
- Prior experience in a large or mid-sized law firm preferred
- Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools
- Familiarity with patent prosecution, client counseling, and drafting patent applications
- Admission to the USPTO and licensed to practice in state of employment
