As a Managing Trial Attorney, you will co-lead one of our offices within a region and have the opportunity to influence and drive the office’s reputation, performance, and health. This is a full-time position with the potential for hybrid or fully remote work depending on location. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and lead NTD standard methodologies, processes, and guidelines, providing training as needed. - Maintain and promote good relationships with clients and claims management. - Lead attorney, paralegal, and/or support staff performance and efficiency for assigned office. - Assist with the preparation of various business reports and provide recommendations for critical business decisions. - Co-manage and coordinate all administrative functions for the office. - Monitor and respond to office growth demands or reductions in workforce. - May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Reporting Relationship: This position reports to the Managing Trial Attorney (8-2) and manages a team of attorneys, paralegals, and/or support staff. The composition and number of reports will vary depending on the office.
