Organization is looking for an experienced Immigration Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in immigration law, be a member of the Florida Bar, and have excellent oral and written advocacy skills. Bilingual applicants are preferred.

This position will handle a variety of immigration cases, including deportation defense and detention work, and family-based and humanitarian-based immigration benefits. The attorney will be responsible for hosting regular community Know Your Rights presentations and other outreach and education events in Collier County. The position also requires the willingness to travel between Naples and Immokalee.
