Draft, review and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc.
Advocate client’s interest at hearings, motions, mediations, and arbitrations regarding lawsuits filed within this Circuit
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

To be considered for this position, you must have a Juris Doctorate degree and be licensed to practice in North Carolina.
