The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, experience in health care contracting, regulatory filings and audits, and a strong interest in health law and policy. ## Job Description
Law Firm Daponde Simpson Rowe PC is seeking an experienced Health Care Regulatory & Transactional Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:

- Strong research and writing skills
- Experience in health care contracting, including contract drafting and negotiations of payor/provider agreements, administrative services agreements, delegation agreements, etc.
- Regulatory filings and audits
- Interest in health law and policy

## Responsibilities
The Health Care Regulatory & Transactional Attorney will be responsible for:

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating health care contracts
- Filing regulatory documents and responding to audits
- Researching and providing legal advice on health care regulatory and transactional matters
- Advising clients on health care transactions
- Representing clients in regulatory and administrative proceedings
- Participating in industry meetings and conferences
- Other duties as assigned

## Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Health Care Regulatory & Transactional Attorney role will have:

- . from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar
- 3+ years of experience in health care regulatory and transactional law
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
