Clark Hill is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Associate for its Scottsdale or Phoenix, AZ office. The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of litigation experience and will have the following qualifications:

• Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
• Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Experience working with e-discovery software is preferred
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Solid work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Currently licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona
