The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of litigation experience and be a member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.

Position Summary:

As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. This includes meeting with clients to discuss their case, showing compassion and empathy, and earning their trust and respect. You will also be responsible for updating clients and communicating with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. Additionally, you should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.

Requirements & Skills:

- Full-time position
- 2 or more years of litigation experience
- 1st chair trial experience is a plus
- Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing
- Experience in evaluating claims
