Real Estate Attorney Job Description:

- Oversee commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, sales, and dispositions
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases (., retail, carwash, industrial, warehouse, corporate facilities, office, etc.)
- Manage post-closing real estate matters and ensure lease compliance
- Conduct real estate due diligence in M&A transactions
- Review and update key real estate templates
- Provide legal advice and direction to senior leaders and executive management
- Control legal spend and manage outside counsel

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor from accredited law school
- Member in good standing with Massachusetts bar
- At least 8 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and lead projects
- Experience with enterprise lease management or contract lifecycle management systems/software preferred
