## Paralegal - Document Review **Job Description** Are you a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal looking for an opportunity to showcase your expertise? Join our team at UnitedLex as a Paralegal and be a part of our Document Review group! We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21 per hour. Prior document review experience is a plus, but not required. We will provide state-of-the-art training for all new hires. Standard hours of operation are 7am-7pm in your local time zone with core business hours of 10am-3pm. You are flexible to create your own schedule within the hours of operation, provided you actively communicate with your review manager. We offer overtime opportunities on select projects paid for at time and a half. **Benefits** We offer the following benefits after a minimum qualification period: - Access to group health plan (medical, dental, and vision) - Three paid holidays per year (Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). - Basic Life - PTO The below benefits will be available immediately upon starting: - 401(k) and Roth 401(k) options including company match - EAP plan that covers employees and household members - Flexible Schedule: hours a week **Job Type:** Temporary, Full-time **Responsibilities:** - Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents, including contracts, emails, memos, and more, to identify crucial information and assess their relevance to ongoing legal matters. - Utilize analytical skills and legal knowledge to ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols and guidelines. - Collaborate seamlessly with other legal professionals, such as attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support teams, to achieve project objectives. - Organize and manage reviewed documents using efficient document management systems. - Perform targeted legal research to support case development and strategy. - Adhere strictly to client confidentiality and data protection regulations, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards. - Company is committed to preserving the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all the physical and electronic information assets throughout the organization.
