Bio/Chem Patent Prosecution Partner The candidate should have 10+ years of patent prosecution experience and an advanced degree in Biology, Chemistry, or equivalent scientific field. Proven record of client development, as supported by a portable book of business. USPTO Patent Bar registration and at least one state bar license required. Knowledge or expertise in preparing patent applications and prosecution, preparing infringement and validity opinions, and client counseling. Experience in representing clients in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, medical device, and/or chemical industries required. Attorneys control their own billable rates and there is no minimum hourly requirement.
