Law firm Faegre Drinker is seeking a mergers and acquisitions associate with three-six years of experience to join our Insurance practice group in multiple locations. This is a partnership-track position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in mergers, acquisitions, and similar transactional matters, with a preference for experience in the insurance industry. However, this experience is not required. We are looking for candidates who have the ability to manage multiple transactions at once and produce high-quality work with minimal supervision. Strong writing and analytical skills are also a must.

The anticipated initial annual salary for this position is $180,000 - $305,000. However, the actual salary may vary depending on factors such as skills, training, and experience, as well as the location where the position is filled. This salary range is just one component of Faegre Drinker's comprehensive compensation and benefits package for attorneys, which includes bonuses, insurance coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
