As a Senior Compliance Professional at Humana, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's Medicare and Commercial Dental and Vision products comply with all regulatory requirements. To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in a related field and advanced experience in a legal, risk, or compliance-related or healthcare-related field. You should also have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal direction.

This is a full-time, remote position with a salary range of $84,600 to $116,300 per year, plus a potential bonus incentive based on company and individual performance.
