As a Senior Compliance Professional at Humana, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's Medicare and Commercial Dental and Vision products comply with all regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting compliance reviews, and providing guidance to business partners to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for Medicare and Commercial Dental and Vision compliance issues, researching and understanding laws and regulations and providing guidance to business partners. You will also develop and track compliance metrics, partner with regulatory compliance team members, and lead audit preparation and activity. To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in a related field and advanced experience in a legal, risk, or compliance-related or healthcare-related field. You should also have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal direction. This is a full-time, remote position with a salary range of $84,600 to $116,300 per year, plus a potential bonus incentive based on company and individual performance.
