Senior Title Analyst - Hybrid Opportunity! is a full-time position located in Washington, District of Columbia, United States of America at the Department of Justice (DOJ). The position requires a minimum clearance of DOJ MBI and up to 10% travel within the continental US. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive title and deed research, acting as an expert witness, and providing testimony in support of DOJ Environment and Natural Resources Division cases, primarily related to takings cases such as Rails to Trails. This position offers the flexibility of telework with occasional on-site work as needed.

- Work with client and other team members in support of DOJ Environment and Natural Resources Division
- Support takings cases, including Rails to Trails related cases
- Telework is approved, with occasional on-site work as needed

- Experience as a Title Examiner
- At least 3 years of experience on litigation support projects
- Sound working knowledge of federal and state court systems, legal research procedures, and legal research resources

The proposed salary range for this position is $71,500 - $150,200, which may vary based on factors such as geographic location, prior work experience, and specific skills and competencies.
