- Seeking a mid to senior-level associate with 5+ years of top tier law firm experience in securities and capital markets
- Opportunity to work in any of our Colorado, Utah, Idaho, or Nevada offices
- Robust practice representing issuers in SEC compliance and capital market transactions
- Team oriented with strong written and oral communication skills
- Must have experience in debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation
- M&A experience is a plus
- Expected to work in teams on matters across the corporate practice
- Merit-based compensation with a good faith salary range of $205,000 - $305,000 (based in Colorado)
- Generous bonus program and eligibility for fee splits
- Expected to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work, and 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion
